Shipping Policy
Crochet by Keary ships all packages via USPS, and the shipping cost is calculated by weight. If there is a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Shipping is currently only available within the United States. National and global shipping delays may impact your estimated delivery date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
Because crochet cannot be done by machine, every physical crocheted item must be made by hand over time.

Crochet by Keary strives to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. However, if something is not to your liking upon delivery, please use the contact information below to let us know what the issue is, so that we can work together to find a solution.
Full refunds cannot be issued for any purchase because the Makers must be paid for their labor.

If an item must be returned to Crochet by Keary, please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
All sales are final on discounted items, and they cannot be returned.
Digital items are not eligible for return or refund.
